Release content in certain time?

Hi I am building an online course website. I would like to release my course videos at one video a day- How do I time this?

  1. Write a function to automate upload. (Your Own Logic)

  2. And Call that function everyday using Job scheduler;


3. And then call that function once in a day. Simple follow the Instructions Below.
