Removing activity feed

After adding my coach as a staff member to my website so he could access his bookings and calendar, he is able to see an “activity feed” which shows personal information to the business. He is able to see clients purchases, cancellations, and subscription statuses and more.

I have tried everything to disable this. Unfortunately, I cannot give my coach access to the website with these details. He now has to rely on checking his email for booking notifications and I have to stay on top of reminding him of his schedule.

If this is not a possibility, can you please help me on how to request for this feature?

Please look under “Roles & Permission”, and make sure your coach is set as “Bookings staff member”, and not “Bookings Admin”.

I guess you’re referring to the activity feed on the Wix app? I’ve just checked, and the bookings staff member should see any bookings or activity that is not relevant to him.
