Repeater/Anchor issue

Hi,
I’ve contacted support but I’m wondering whether this has happened to anyone. Maybe it’s not them… it’s me…

On this website: https://anatbelinson.wixsite.com/wise
There’s some sort of bug with the first item of the repeater not functioning correctly when using an anchor to reach its location.

The repeater is under “Our products” on the homepage.
you can scroll to it:

  1. Manually
  2. “Our products” in the menu
  3. “Back to all products” button on any other product pages
  • Repeater works fine when manually scrolling to its location
  • Repeater’s first item not responding when clicking to scroll to an anchor. Only after clicking the second item, does the first item respond.

I’ve made a video explaining the issue (as it’s hard to explain): https://youtu.be/XWstmH6TN8A

TIA for any insight
Anat

You might want to mention that it is an issue in mobile devices and that can sometimes not be down to Wix themselves.

It can sometimes be down to the mobile device’s own software that is causing this issue and therefore Wix would not be able to do anything about it.

There are many a times when something works fine on an Android device and not on an Apple device or vice versa.

The same when they bring out updates and something ends up being broken and now not usable, that happens a good few times too and not just on mobile devices with Chrome and Firefox etc.

Anyways, as you have posted this in the Wix Corvid Forum, we obviously have to ask you if you have used code on this page and if you have, to post it so that we can see what and if there is an error with it.

If you haven’t used any code and have simply used the Wix Editor to do it all, then you will need to be sticking with the help from Wix Support as it won’t be a code related issue on your page.

Have you tried it on different devices, Andriod, Apple, etc to see if it is happening on all mobile devices or just a specific device. If it is just a specific device, then it is more likely to be that devices OS or browser that is causing the issue.
