Repeater via Code - loadmore() equivalent?

Hi,

What would be the equivalent to loadmore() using a “database”.

Current Repeater code for context:

import wixData from 'wix-data';
wixData.query("A")
  .descending("date")
  .limit(3)
  .find()
  .then( (results) => {
 if(results.items.length > 0) {
      $w("#listRepeater").data = results.items;
      $w("#listRepeater").onItemReady(($item, itemData, index) => {
        $item("#Image").src = itemData.logo;
        $item("#button2").label = itemData.title;
        $item("#button2").link = "/updates/" + itemData.title; 
      });
 } else {
 // handle case where no matching items found
 }
})
 .catch( (error) => {
   let errorMsg = error.message;
   let code = error.code;
});

On Viewpoint entry, it would trigger the loadmore-equivalent

    $w("#items").loadMore() //Repeater code instead of database-based repeater code..
}

I couldn’t find the API Page to digest it, if anybody can point me in the right direction, that would be great!
