Replace "subscribe button" with a request a quote on a subscription plan?

Is it possible to replace the subscribe button on subscription plan to a request quote form?

I have a software that I want to sell as a subscription, but since it can be customisable to clients needs, like extra storage, users, e-mail add-on, etc, instead of paying online I would like to when clicked on subscribe now button it would go to a request quote/form instead of actually pay online.

Is it something possible to do like this or is a better way achieve this?

Hi Tiago,
If you need to customize the subscription content and price, I think you would be better served by creating a custom form to collect your client request, ending in a “request a quote” button (as the “Send” button for the form). The new forms are very versatile and can be set with conditional fields, multiple pages etc.

Make sure you set automations following the form submission so that you get notified, and the client gets the info you need them to get. With the new Functions under Automations, you can even customize your email response based on which options the client chose in your form.

Then use Pricing Plans: create plans that match your clients’ needs but set them to “hidden” (they can’t be bought off your website directly), then manually sell them to the client that matches the plan. To do this, find your client in Contacts, then More Actions / Sell a plan.

Hi, thanks for the reply, I think a specific form will be better suit for this case. Is it possible based on the customer choices to set a field in the form were the price would update based upon the choices made as filling the form?

This would be equivalent to developing a custom calculator using input fields - which will need to be coded using Velo.
