Requiring and Displaying Extra Information on Orders

I had made a website for a service of mine and that service required extra information about their cars such as license plate, color, etc. I had added extra pages on the user pages and had added it to the check out page but I can’t connect it into the order database. I read you can’t change information on the order pages or databases but would there be anyway to make this possible?
