Hi there! Regarding your 2nd feature request: Why not use the auto-print function and call notifications to make sure no order will be missed? Both of these options work pretty well. You’ll have to play with the printing option to get what you need but the phone works wonders.
That way your customers won’t have to rely on the app’s notification sound.
Just a suggestion…
