Restaurant App - struggling in Production

We have been experiencing repeated failures in the US for the past two hours. Our site is hosted on the Wix Restaurant App. Our clients try to get to the Ordering screen and get “To view this content, click reload”. Clicking reload generates the same error message.

The Wix support line appears to have no visibility into the Production issues, and also no ability to contact Prod support.

Is anyone else experiencing Production issues right now?
