Restricting websites to UK only access

Hi all
Is there a way to restrict viewing of my site to the UK only or is that something I would need to do in Google? I don’t ship outside the UK and get ALOT of spam from the USA and Singapore. Might seem like a silly thing to do but it would actually make my life easier and my visitor figures would be much more accurate!

Have tried adding a Captcha? You can also use a country field in your contact form and only add supported countries in the list.

Thanks for this. I get it through the message icon I have on the website so I’m not sure I can do these things through that but I’ll have a look
