just to circle back, I’m still using the same process the only other downside is an ALL day class on the wix bookings calendar every occurrence. It’s still an issue though, as I need to open up Dec 30 2021 which is a Thursday and outside of the custom availability for that employee. So I’ll create a class for thursday that’s not bookable online for that employee which will run for 5 months every Thursday and delete just the class on Dec 30th. The extra two months are because we can’t allow them to be booked on a Thursday all the way up until Dec 31 when I’ll have to remind myself to remove Thursdays from their perm schedule availability then delete the remaining 2 months of classes scheduled for Thursdays. Having 5 months of classes for one open day seems a bit much. Consider we have like 10 employees and the entire calendar is covered with these classes that aren’t classes at all!
