hello and thankyou. I have instituted the rewards program with no reward right now at this time. Existing customers have as much as 1600 pts accumulated, If i offer a reward or discount does the rewards clock start at zero or do the people that have pts saved automatically get the pts benefit?
Hi @John_B! The system saves the points for the email address and once that email becomes a site member, the program will apply past points retroactively. So if a reward or discount is offered once someone reaches 1600 points, those who already have 1600 will get that reward once they become a site member (as long as the email is saved).
thank you for you help, I still have a problem… I want to eliminate THE POINTS SAVED and start at zero pts again, is this possible?
