Rich Results code functioning and shows eligible but doesn't seem to show properly in Google results.

Hi team,

This has been an on going issue for around 2 years and I’m trying to finally get on top of this problem.
I have sorted the code to fix any previous errors and now have all the pages showing as being ‘eligible’

What the current problem is, on console and via ‘Rich Results Test’ it shows that event dates/ratings code is running and shows the relevant info and shows eligible. It seems to show dates, just doesn’t display the ratings in the search results for my ‘Item’ page. My ‘category’ page shows ratings as intended.

I have had a few Wix professionals try to fix this but it seems to be on going for a few years. Anyone think they could help?

Also, I have a 3 warning on events with the new additions to the API for Covid-19. They are marked as optional. Does anyone know if this affects anything in terms of google rich results?

@Yisreal, It’s the code I’m wondering is the issue! Sorry for the confusion.

I have paid 3 times for the code, twice custom before the Wix-SEO API then once after Wix-Seo API was released but it still doesn’t function as expected. Do you think you would be able to help?

I would suggest reaching out to Google for an analysis of the results, as well as consulting with the developer that did the work for you. Wix provides the tools and documentation neeeded to set up SEO, however the results are up to the user.
