Rich Text fields won't link to collection through Dataset

Two separate user-input forms.

Both linked to same 23 field collection. Only three Text to Text fields share data from both forms.

Text user user-input form fields won’t link to collection Rich Text Fields. Ordinary Text links to Text OK. Radio Buttons link to Text OK. All the Rich Text Fields have 500 or 1,000 character limits

Rich Text fields are grayed out in Dataset selection drop-down.

Where did I go wrong?

Hi,
Can you please send us a video of the issue using screencast ? Simply recreate the issue while recording the steps and add the screencast.com URL to your response. Moreover, please send us the site URL so that we can have a look.

Hi I am having this same issue. I’ve imported my data through .csv and the column with the hyperlinks is set to rich text, but the hyperlinks do not work. It does work if I individually click on the box, highlight the link, set a hyperlink, and then paste it but there is no way I can do this for 1600+ entries.
