Searchable Text User Input connected to Database

Can someone help me with connecting a Text user input to search a database and display its contents onto a repeater?

This is a product website. want to be able to search a serial number of a product and it will display contents I have uploaded to the database. Example:

Website: Searchable Database (ayonz.com)

Enter in the text field a serial number circled below(field in the database) and click Search.

Repeater below then appears, with the other information. Such as:
Model File Name File Size Download document
