One of my clients just had a customer send her this message she got when trying to place an order. Her Site has her SSL certificate. Other customers have not had the issue, and I have never seen this before. Can anyone tell me more about this situation? [image]

It sounds like a local issue, where only one person is experiencing an issue but others are not. These types of issues can be caused by different types of browser and privacy configurations.
