Hi, the case is there is technicians and clients. Clients take appointment from technician. I need to send email to technician to confirm appointment when a client want to take appointment ( client fills a form in order to take appointment) and if a technician don’t respond within 15 minutes then email should be send to 2nd technician and so on. When a technician confirm appointment I want to inform client that appointment has been confirmed through email.
I don’t know how to send email and give link to technician to confirm appointment and technician don’t respond within 15 minutes then email should be automatically send to 2nd technician and when technician confirm appointment then how to automatically send email to client to inform him/her that appointment has been confirmed etc.
Please guide me how to do this on wix.
