fixed it - seems like i had to turn off developer tools and turn them back on again. The packages were all there and available after that. Hopefully this will help someone else with the same problem…

I followed the step-by-step instructions for SendGrid API V3 and successfully implemented it on my website. And for those that want to code their own HTML emails, you don’t have to use the TemplateID.
