Separation of subscription and promotional code for different clients

Hello!

  1. I have a paid tariff plan on my website.
  2. And there is a promotional code for purchasing tickets to events for non-subscribed customers.
  3. When purchasing a ticket to an event from a tariff plan subscriber, there is a 15% discount on the event, but the window for a promotional code is also active. I don’t want a paid plan subscriber to stack discounts. How can I disable a promotional code for tariff plan users?
