Setting a hidden form field to store the current date or export database automatically

Right now i have an automation that is linked to zapier every time a specific form is being submitted. I require the date of submission . I would like it not to have a date selection form. Or can i have a hidden form field containing the current date? In zapier creating a zap i cant find if there is a variable for date submission of the form.

Or can i use the data collection table but i wish to export it daily automatically to an excel, either automatically download to the computer or put it in an excel in google form/onedrive. If its this method is it possible to change the type of file from csv to xlsx

The either submit it with the form using code or set the value of a hidden field to it.
