Signalling cultural sites on a Tourism

Hi guys,
I am developing a website for a Tourism body in which they ask to create a site in which the tourist seees a touristic site inside a park that pop up through his journey. Of course, sites will be preloaded on a database.
Anybody can help or suggest anything?

Pokemon Go style :). you walk through the park and sites pop up along the way.
