Site Colors Bug

This only happens on my Site (“Crate”):
When I click to change the color of an element (back color, text color…) and then click “Change” as shown below:

The window to change the Site Colors pops up. Until here everything is OK, but if I try to change a color by clicking on one and clicking “Add” or change to a different color palette it returns an error in the Browser console:

At this point the Editor just stops working, I can’t do anything (except moving and closing windows) and the text of the element disappears if it’s a text element.
This happens on all computers connected to any network and does not happen on my new created Site.

Please fix this bug! Thanks.

Ouch - Does this happen with all browsers also? Or a specific one?

Thanks for the quick response. It does happen on all browsers I’ve tested (Chrome and MS Edge). And I just noticed it happens only on this specific Site.

I’m guessing this is due to the amount of pages and elements the Site has. Because the error says “Too many requests”, therefore, too many changes at once. I don’t know.

Hi Daniel, have you tried contacting support so they can take a closer look for you? If you haven’t, I suggest you do so they can further investigate.

Yeah - Steven is right. You may need to check with support - and also make sure you clear your cache too (that’s what they will tell you to do first).

I already contacted support. I’m waiting for a response.
