Hello!
We are having a problem with the site members roles. We created several roles to give access only to certain parts of pages and forum. But 3 days ago, several roles were deleted without our manual intervention – nor admin nor any collaborator of that we are sure –, we reported this, and created new roles to give access again… However, the same event happened again two times more and apparently to the same site members (14 from a list of 44 that have the roles that keep being deleted) . So three times now…
We have reported this a bug, but if anyone has an insight that would help.
Our website is from an educational institute, so we need to establish those access as soon as possible, so our students can take their classes.

What are you trying to achieve:
We need the roles to stop deactivating without our knowing or wanting it.
What have you already tried:
We thought this was happening only to one role we have, and tried creating several roles more… but even if a member has 3 roles… three of them would be deleted.
