Currently, it is not possible to accept credit / debit card donations on your site using Wix Payments or any other payment provider .
You can, however, use one of the following two alternative solutions to help you collect donations on your site:

PayPal Donate: If you have a PayPal Business / Premier account, you can add this button to your site to collect donations.

Get Funding App: Add the app to your site to accept donations from people who want to fund your project.
