Wix does not have a native app that can process donations.
However, you can create your own custom form using Corvid and Wix Pay API. This means you can create a donation form with code and connect it to your payment provider via the Wix Dashboard without additional code.

Depending how simple or complex you need the donation form to be will determine if you can build it yourself or need to hire a professional coder.
