Staff controlled/limited access to back office

Hi all. I would like to create a limited/controlled back office access for my staff so they can conduct sales without them seeing funds made. and having access to make changes… I only want to give them limited access so they can make sales in the store via cash or card payments and nothing else. Is there such a thing? Each staff will have their own log in details to be able to register their own sales.
