Store order is paid according to Wix, but transaction not visible in Stripe

I hope someone can help me with the following. Today a customer ordered a product from my Wix Store. I received an order confirmation. This was order number #10330.
However I don’t see this order in the order overview in my Wix Store. I do see the previous order #10329 and ##10331. Order #10330 is missing here. I also don’t see the payment transaction in Stripe. Although the email order confirmation of Wix says the order was paid with Stripe.

Also… when I search for order #10330 in my Wix Stores it pops up and it still says the customer paid. Isn’t this strange? Or am I something missing… Does anyone have experience with this.

I’m having the exact same problem. My situation is just how you described and I’ve had successful orders before and after this particular customer. I now have a horrible feeling I may have just sent a product free of charge. Does anyone have a solution to this? Is it some kind of bug?

I have exactly the same issue. In some cases the payment status on Stripe shows “blocked” but on Wix the order is marked as paid!
