Are you using Universal Analytics Property too when you set it up?
No.I use analytics 4 property.
I would recreate that property and this time set up to use both 4 and UA. Then add the the Global Site Tag to the header of all pages. You will need to make sure you have your cookie and privacy policy banner and language in place, to ensure that you get permission from folks to track their activity at the site .
