Streaming RTMP from private server

I have searched for hours and have tried all apps including the video app and the html app but I can not seem to embed a media player on one of my pages. I have made sure the html code works and have tested on a testing site and it works flawless but every time I paste it into the html app as a code and preview the site it’s just a white box. Does wix block any external media player?? If not I need assistance please. Thanks.
