I think Wix should ditch the Wix Editor tbh. Its technology is outdated. It is written on slow Javascript code that is the reason why sites are slow. The lack of responsiveness with Wix Editor is painful as people are using all different sized devices these days. There is no real professional tools in the Wix Editor (like accessing CSS Stylesheet or site code). I really wish Wix would allow us to access site code and CSS stylehseet. Then we don’t have to wait for Wix to add the features like Interactions and strips gradients and scroll effects. Just this one feature allows us to access a plethora of new design capabilities. Corvid doesn’t cut it for professionals. Editor X is the future of Wix. As you said, Wix needs to get there priorities right otherwise they are going to fall behind the competition. I am so sad, but I honestly think it’s time to migrate my business and my clients away from Wix.
