If you weren’t able to make the session, or just want to recap the discussions had and be inspired by their experiences, this is the topic for you

How have tools like Wix Studio helped you overcome the challenges of running an agency?
For Dhairya, Wix Studio helps manage everything from the invoicing to client communication. With code, he’s able to automate tasks and create custom solutions like client portals - streamlining the process and work for both his team and clients. Andrei is more focused on app development, so doesn’t have the same struggles of client relationships - however appreciates the ease of building and scaling on Wix which has been key for his business growth.

When comparing to other platforms, how do you handle the concerns of clients when you mention Wix?
Dhairya explains that the ease of Wix’s drag-and-drop and built-in business solutions make it a better option for his clients, especially startups. Wix Wix Studio, his team can build complex, modern and responsive sites quickly. And for Andrei other platforms often have hidden costs and server issues - with Wix handling everything with the all-in-one solution, headaches like server maintenance are handled for him. “It’s perfect for both small and large businesses.

How do you set pricing or charge for your services and apps?
Pricing for apps is different to charging clients, Andrei shared. It’s often down to the time spent on development, pricing of competitors, and offering fair rates. By focusing on building affordable, high-quality apps, he’s seen a 500% growth in the past 10 months. On the other hand, Dhairya charges a fixed price for specific services - keeping transparency with clients and giving them a clear scope of work.

When do you choose to add code to projects?
Code extends Wix’s functionality when clients need custom features like tracking UTM parameters or CRM integrations. It’s powerful for building anything beyond the basics. Dhairya shared that code is used based on the client needs. If the tools out of the box offer a solution, there’s no need to add code.

How do you come up with ideas for new apps?
Andrei answered, providing insights into how he keeps an eye on the needs of clients and requests that are shared with his team.

We couldn’t talk about development and content creation without talking about AI, so finished things with - how do you use AI in your workflow?
Dhairya is using AI in almost all business workflows, from creating wireframes, to prototyping, and through to meeting summaries. All of this speeds up processes and allows him to present ideas to clients within minutes. Client satisfaction has definitely improved. Andrei appreciates the AI tools Wix has to offer, which enhances user experiences and solves real client problems
