the submit button on my code form will not work. i have all the fields pointing to the correct part of the database but the submit button when published will not work. can any of the developers take a look at my account and see what I’m missing? the website is www.goingtheextrayardformarcus.com

Hi,
Can you please elaborate on what exactly isn’t working?
I created a copy of your site and the submit works for me, but maybe I’m not following the same steps as you are.
