But when I save it and sync it with the live database, after hitting the submit button I get “Form was submitted successfull…

Check the collection permissions. Maybe it’s set to “Who can write? Admins only”.

Hello thank you very much for the quick reply.
I have checked my Collection permission.
It is all set to “Everyone”
Do you have any more tips on what this could be?
