I have a user input form on my website (bensbathroomlist.com) and the form was working great on the live site and previews mode, until today when I gave it a try. I click submit but the button doesn’t respond. If you right click and say open link it brings you to the correct thank you page, but when I click the submit button it greys out and does not respond. The submission works in preview mode, but in preview mode the results show in sandbox database. All the database fields are linked correctly and the submit button is linked as well. Also the permissions are set correctly to anyone can submit to this collection. Any ideas?

Do you see any errors in the browser console upon page load or while trying to submit the form on the live site?
( Ctrl + I or CMD + ALT + I to open the console)
