Subscribers and Verified Profiles

So I’ve been hard at work creating the perfect website for awhile now and I’m trying to create a system where I can subscribe/get subscribed as well (I.E like YouTube) and also give out Verification like Twitter, Instagram, or Facebook, i was wondering, if someone had the best way to do this, because i still can’t figure this out?

First you want to create a database for a profile, second you want to create the profile and I made the verification locked icon, third you want to connect everything with the profile and create your own account, & last Of all preview it and now the user is Verified on your own website, also you want to create a page where you can create your own account and also make a field for Verification and post a Picture in it, but don’t allow anyone, except yourself or another admin/manager to add Verification Pictures

I’m trying to connect a database and be able to limit a number of clicks to 1 and change 0 to 1 only when a user clicks the button and keep adding from there, how would I do this in order to be able to have subscribers and be able to let my users subscribe to me?
