Question:
I have two sites. One has the Business Elite plan and the other has the regular Business Premium plan. I’m wondering if there’s a way to swap the plans without losing any analytic data?

Trying to swap the plans to alternate sites
Definitely possible to transfer Premium plans to a different site - Assigning a Premium Plan to a Different Site in Your Wix Account | Help Center | Wix.com
Analytics are connected to the site, so I believe you should be good 
There might be one or two reports that aren’t available depending on the plans etc
