Created a form for a user to submit info, this intern writes it to a database. I have then created another page with a table in using the database above so the user cansee everything that has been entered. The only problem is the table shows as loading on the live website.

Check the dataset permissions. I suggest you select custom permission and set permission to view data to ‘Anyone’.
