Tax Rates for Switzerland

I am trying to manually setup tax collection for my location (Switzerland). I select the location (Switzerland). Then I get a list of three items to which I need to assign a tax rate:

  1. Shipping and delivery

  2. Payments via form.

  3. Product

Now, I know that for my products the VAT is 8.1% here in Switzerland. My question is, what are the other two tax rates requested?
