I have been testing the online ordering I set up for a client. Once I add an item to “My Orders” I cannot delete them (most times) - there was the very odd one that would delete but it was random.
I tried hovering over the item and selecting the “x” - did not delete.
I tried changing the quantity to “zero” - could not change it to “zero”.
The items should be able to be deleted from “My Orders” before any payment is made, correct?
Any insight into why this is happening? The website is not yet published - could that make a difference?
