How do I get to the masterpage for java script to fix this?

hello how can I fix java script issues on my wix - I am getting very low performance scores on my wix website full of red issues no one can fix… I was on lighthouse and google speed page and all is very low why this all in unable for developers to fix like in other websites as wix?
