Third Party Custom Code - Klara Widget

I have built a site for a dermatology provider. The site utilizes Klara (formerly mod-med) for patient messaging. (Traditional forms and email are a no due to hippa regulations)

Site has been built in Studio Editor
JS code has been provided by Klara team for the widget.

What I’m trying to do
You will see the widget is clickable, appears correctly on page and activates but has an empty white box. Need the box to populate Klara content.

What I’ve tried so far
I would much prefer to utilize the consistency/simplicity of Settings>Custom Code with the js string placed into the Body End.

Have also tried to place HTML friendly code in the Settings>Custom Code instead of the JS provided, knowing Velo doesn’t read JS?

Seems to be working just fine?? No?

Sometimes this is browser dependant…i’m using Chrome. Maybe Safari or other “not so Web-Friendly Browsers” can’t load the widget correctly.

Either way this is not an issue with wix, but rather with the Klara Widget.

Thanks @valentin_wackermedia – I had solved earlier today with a Klara side edit and forgot to post here. Appreciate the assist! Klara was pointing to the wrong thing so they weren’t talking to one another!
