Thougts on the Wix Spaces mobile app?

When I first started using Wix for my client’s dog training businesses it was a great tool for their customers because they could easily signup for services however I was a bit surprised and disappointed when I realized that the required Booking Form fields I had created weren’t applicable to the app when someone would book. Meaning that people were able to book our services without ever seeing those required fields (this was a big issue especially during the pandemic).

But now I’m looking for ways to get out users back on the Wix Spaces app, knowing however that the required fields are still not part of the booking process through the app.

What I’m wondering is does anyone here have experience with the wix spaces app when it comes to bookings? How much of an advantage is it to use it Instead of just a website?

So this is definitely a great talking point - booking on the app. To book on the app it’s just ‘book’, and it doesn’t present the fields because you already know who the members are. This is a feature request and there was another thread that laid this out quite well. I forwarded that to the team.

As far as Spaces / Branded App… It really depends on your clients’ needs and what they want. There are advantages to using the app WITH a website. You can have both; you don’t necessarily have to choose between the two. =)

It’s interesting though because Courses do in fact display the required fields on the Spaces app but Classes don’t
