Tracking Code

Hi, has anyone had issues with having redundant tracking code? I’m pretty sure there is a redundant Google Analytics and Facebook Pixel code on my site slowing it down but I can’t remove it (it is deleted in the Analytics section already). The site is using Google Tag Manager so does not require the other ones. I can’t figure out how to delete the redundant codes.
