Can we build a site in Editor X and transfer the ownership to a client without the Editor X?

I am Naama from Editor X Product Team.
To transfer a site whether to an Editor X user or not, simply go to the Dashboard → My Sites , and for the specific site, select 'Transfer Site" and follow the guidelines. See the screenshot below.
