So, I’m having some issues here. To preface:
I wanted to add custom profile pages to my site, each member having their own. To do this I used the Wix Forum app. Easy peasy, and it got most of what I wanted.
Issue is, I want to add buttons to the page that pull text and a link from a database to these pages. Go to the profile of “Person A” and it loads the buttons with the entries in the table for “Person A”.
The problem is, the Wix Forum profile acts like a dynamic page, but isn’t treated as such in the editor. I can’t access its standard database or dataset, and I can’t quite figure out how to do it manually.
Does anyone have info and setting up a button to pull data based on the URL manually? Or how to get it to go off the hidden database/set?
