I need to create two separate login areas one for customers who can login access the store and order.
Second one is for Owners who can have separate login to add their items to the store. They will be designated as Owners a totally different user group from regular customers. Does anyone know how to create this or any better idea?

It is on our roadmap to support multiple Roles and Permissions but for now it’s not available.
Would recommend that the Owners section will be implemented for now as a simple password protected page in addition to the login, to ensure it’s secured.
