Unable to access my workspace account because it's showing it doesn't exist

I’m having trouble with
I’m stuck in this loop with creating my business email. Google claims it doesn’t exist, yet then in other workflows it says it does.

What I’m trying to do
Trying to finally create and/or access my business email with my domain.

What I’ve tried so far
I’ve tried doing the recovery flow with google directly, and didn’t work. Shows that this email doesn’t exist.

Have you had a chance to open a ticket with Customer Care for this yet? If not, I’d recommending doing so, since it’s related to accounts/billing :slight_smile:
