Hi, I followed these steps here: https://support.wix.com/en/article/customizing-your-hover-box-on-your-mobile-site but the handle bars can’t be resized smaller.
To replicate, try to add hover box with one of the preset designs (see below)
In mobile view, it resizes automatically as the regular view:
Hover view looks like this however, image is very big:
