Hello. When my clients enter their detail under Events form (Ticketed event) and they enter their home city name, but they do not automatically connect to Contacts database. How to solve this issue please? I only can see that their names and email addresses are connected to Contact but not name of city/town or other details. Why is that happening? Please help me on this.
