Question: What can I do if Velo mode is unable to turn on?

What are you trying to achieve: I’m trying to enable Velo mode in Wix Editor to access and edit custom code for a specific feature on my site. However, I noticed that my site’s CMS had issues, and upon checking, I found that the entire CMS content was missing. When I opened the editor, I saw that Velo mode had been turned off and couldn’t be reactivated. Additionally, I encountered an error code: 13200.
What have you already tried: I followed the recommended steps provided in the help resources to try to turn on Velo mode again, and I spent an entire afternoon attempting to resolve the issue. Unfortunately, none of the suggestions worked.
Additional information: My browser is up to date, and I’ve tried enabling Velo mode on different devices and browsers without success. I also have an active subscription for my Wix site, which should include access to Velo features.
