Unfollow Category doesn't work!!

Hello,

by accident I’ve followed the category “Community Discussion” and receiving tons of emails now.
When I click “Unfollow Category” nothing happens.
Nor on desktop nor on mobile phone.

Please! How can I unfollow this category?
Fix this bug asap please.
